How does the package forwarding work?
1) After signing up on our website, you will be emailed your Blifast account details as well as receive our Malaysian Address.
2) You can use the address as the delivery address for your online purchases. For example, Lazada doesn’t deliver directly to Brunei, but you can deliver to our Malaysian Address.
3) Please use your real name and our Malaysian address to ship your items to.
4) Once you have ordered from your e-commerce vendor. Please proceed to fill out the form on our website.
5) We will provide an estimated cost on the form on our website.
6) While filling our form, please also ensure to provide the tracking number.
7) Currently we only accept payment via Bank Transfer.
8) An email confirmation will be sent to acknowledge your order.
9) Once your item has been received at our Malaysian collection center, you will be sent a notification via your registered email address.

Can I update my Address?
Yes, you can update your address via the top menu on the website.
Will you declare my items for me?
Yes, we will declare all items that are brought into Brunei.

How do I get my blifast forwarding address?
After registering on our website: blifast.com, you will automatically be sent the Malaysian forwarding address in the welcome email.
On the Order page, there is also the address on the right hand side of the form.
Do I have to pay to Register?
No, there is no sign-up fee. Registration is completely Free! 🙂
What are the restricted & prohibited items?
Combustible, flammable items (gasoline, paints, oil, etc.)
Pressurized cans, aerosol can products (hairspray, paint spray can, etc.)
Hazardous materials and corrosive material (chemical, industrial chemical, etc.)
Firearms, firearms parts & accessories, any other controlled goods (ammunition, gun, scopes, military weapons & accessories, night vision goggles, etc.)
Agriculture and produces (live or dead plants, animals, fur, fruits, etc.)
Monetary items (coins, precious stones, cash, precious metal, etc.)
Drugs (prescription drugs, illegal drugs of any form, etc.)
Indecency items (pornography magazines, DVD, adult toys, etc.)
Tobacco products and alcoholic beverages
Electronic cigarettes, vape products, e-liquids and accessories
Do I have to pay tax on my items?
Some items are taxable as required by The Royal Customs and Excise Department

Do you consolidate Parcels?
Unfortunately at this time we do not consolidate parcels. Each incoming parcel will be individually charged.
